Please enter the Unique ID printed on the Notice that was mailed to you. If you did not receive a Notice but believe you are a Class Member, you may call 1‑877‑545‑0241 to find out who is a Class Member or simply click “Next” and input the Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”) for your GM vehicle.

Please submit a separate claim for each Subject Vehicle for which you received a Notice.
